My Dr put me on baclofen for rls and I was also prescribed 600 mg ibuprofen for pain in the hospital. I had fluid around my heart. I also have epilepsy and take lamictal 100 mg twice daily and onfi 60 mg day. Also keppra 500 mg twice daily. Can I get addicted to taking baclofen and ibuprofen with my other medication? Can you take ibuprofen with flexeril? I am so exhausted all the time and cannot sleep at night.

What was the condition that caused fluid around your heart?
Most nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, such as Ibuprofen, are contraindicated in such cases, because they may cause fluid retention as a side effect, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding.
