Sasakit po yung tyan nyo its been a week po na umiinom ako neto pero halos 1 meter lang yung dumagdag sa height ko,siguro kailangan 1 year para maabot ko yung goal ko na height

di po effective ang gloxy... maybe meron yung effect na nagpapatangkad, pero maximum 1cm lang a month... nasubukan ko na po ang gloxy... sobrang mahal...

Im 18, gumamit ako nung sinasabi nilang "gloxi" for bwt 2months. 17 plg ako nun, good for 2 months lg binili ko kc ang mahal khit nka promo na yan, 3+1 for 8,500php. tas sa dalawang bwan nayan ay ginawa ko lhat ng dpat gawin, proper diet and right foods, enuf sleep atsaka araw2 na stretching at jogging. pero wala eh, umabot nalang nang 4months na 169 padin. hainaku parang nagtapon lang ako ng WALONG LIBO AT LIMANG DAAN, SOBRA PA! Nang dahil sa "GLOXI" nayan! Wag kau maniwala jan, wag kau bumili, tested and proven ko nayang product ng di ko alam kung intsik o hapon, bsta wag kau maniwala jan guys. I prefer na araw2 nlg kau mag stretching at eat healthy, proper diet, milk, plenty water, exercise atsaka 6-8 hours na tulog! It'll take years lang pero I believe na mag w'work yan at ma nonotice nyo nalang na tumangkad na pla kau. GUYS!! There is no medication that can make you enhance height after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence.

Gagana basta may kasabay na proper diet and exercise. Height ko ngayon is 6'1'' because of cherifer with proper diet and exercise. And don't forget milk :)

Hi my name is francis. I'm 15 years old. 5'9 ako ... Nasubokan ko na ang cherifer .. effective po ito .. 13 po ako nang sunimulan kong inomin 5'0 paako noon at gusto kung maging basketball player .. ipina inom saakin nang dad ko nag 2 twice a day (morning, night before ako matulog).. nakakagutom po ito napapasarap palagi ang pag kain ko pati pag tulog ko .... pag 14 ko tinignan ko sa chart ang height ko at 5'4 na Po ako at pag 15 ngayun 5'9 napo grabe po talaga ang tinangkad ko... at lumaki po yung katawan ko at active pa Po yung muscles ko... at ngayun sinubokan kung mag gym.. at palagi po akung pinagkakamalan nang college student pero sa tutoo 3rd year highschool pa Po ako ngayung pasukan... masarap napung mag laro nang basketball at nakakalaro napo ako nang seniors basketball invalid naako sa juniors kasi matangkad nadaw ako bahala na daw nga pwede pa age ko sa juniors... yun lang po ito lng po masasabi ko kung ininom nyu po ang cherifer.. kain lng po nang marami, matulog nang right time at exercise Po ang importante.. kung ininom ninyu Po ito wala kayung ginagawa hindi po ito umi effect... {edited for privacy}.... ayon sa aking naresearch effective na magtake ng cherifer every morning.. pag iinom ka ng milk dapat sa gabi na lang or atleast 2 to 3 hrs interval may chemical reaction kasi

Do not take the capsule with milk because milk contains calcium and this element reacts with iron therefore taking the iron out of the capsule.
