Cherifer PGM contains:

Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF) 200 mg, Zn (elemental) 15 mg, taurine 200 mg, vit A 2,756 iu, vit D 400 iu, thiamine HCl 1.95 mg, riboflavin 1.95 mg, niacinamide 35 mg, pyridoxine HCl 3 mg, cyanocobalamin 3 mcg, folic acid 250 mcg, vit C 100 mg, Fe 17 mg, Ca phosphate 150 mg, Mg oxide 7.5 mg and copper sulfate 1 mg.

So it is a multivitamin supplement.

Some people experience some nausea when taking it, so you may want to take it a little while before eating.

Due to the energy boost that vitamins can also give, it is usually best to take it in the morning, rather than at night.

hindi ito effective na try ko na toh 2x a day mo ittake ang gastos mo para sa isang month e 8k 2 months akong gumamit eh wlang nag bago nagsayang lang ako ng snaps wag nyo ng i try kung ayaw nyong ma dismaya 2lad ko mas magandang mag exercise kayo araw2 tapos uminom ng cherrifer

wag na kayo gumamit nang GLOXI,, na search kona yan,,, dami nag reklamo, maybe scam lang yan..
proper excercise lang yan,, at matulog nang maaga wag mag puyat,.. dapat 8 hours a day ang sleep time , para saktong naka pahinga ang body... :D

Actually, I found an answer that says you can't drink it with milk. You can drink it with an interval of 2-3 hours. The calcium in milk doesn't go well with the iron and zinc as they said.

Na try ko na Cherifer PGM effective naman siya, actually 5'3 lang talaga height ko, until gumamit ako neto, and for my surprise my plus 2 ako so I am now 5'5.

I'm 20, 5'3 height, effective pa kaya sakin yung cherifer kung hindi ko mabalance yung dapat na proper time ng tulog? at tsaka in 30 capsules per day, tatangkad na kaya ako ng 1inch agad in 1month? Gusto ko pa naman tumangkad ng kahit 4inches lang.
