When is the best time of day to take cherifer pgm for optimal efficacy?

Ttangkad pa po ba ko? 5'2 po ang height ko, papa ko 5'3 and mama ko 5'2 din, 15yrs old po ako, tinitake ko po after dinner then ung tulog ung kulang ko.

Actually, I found an answer that says you can't drink it with milk. You can drink it with an interval of 2-3 hours. The calcium in milk doesn't go well with the iron and zinc as they said.

im 20 y/o ng magtake ng gloxi.. within 15 days tumangkad ako ng 1 inch.. recommended nung sa ezshop 6mos of continuous use para mareach mo ung maximum height mo.. kaya lang ndi ko na natuloy ang mahal kasi haha saka nakakataba xa kaya kaylangan mo ding sabayan ng exercise ;-)

i am 15 years old basketball player, and i want to increase my height. 5'3 ang hieght ko ngayon, at gusto kong maging 6'0.##ilang taon o buwan bago ko makuha ang gusto kong hieght?

are you a girl or boy? im a girl who's 16 years old and i'm 5'7 right now and i wish to be also 5'8 at least or 5'9. i've been taking cherifer pgm high cgf and zinc for a month and i gained 3 cm.. when did you drink the cherifer? the pharmacist told me to take it at 6 pm but i drink it now at 9 pm before i sleep.. which is better? please please help me. please :)

Effective po ba tlga ang cherifer kailan po ba makikita ang epekto nito kc po gusto ko pong tumangkad ang taas ko po ay 5'0 ako my pag asa pa po ba akong tumangkad pang anim na araw ko napong mmya ang pag inom ng cherifer kailan po ba makikita ang pag babago ng aking taas.

Magkano naman po ang gloxy. At san makakabili nun. Isang beses lang ba sya inumin sa isang araw bago poba matulog.

nagtatake ako nang cherifer its my 2nd week na,nang magstart ako mg take. i take it every morning every time i woke up nakakaramdam ako nang sakit sa binti ol over my body. ganun po ba tlga ang reaction nun while taking cherifer pgm?

effective po ang gloxi ate! ako ay 5'4 lng noon ngayun ay 5'10 na ako :) ang isang box ay nagkakahalaga ng 3000 pesos :)

Hello po 5'10 po ang height ko 18 yrs old wala pa akong tinitake na mga height enhancing supplements nasa lahi na atah namen ang pagiging matangkad kase may lahing kastila ang lolo ko gusto ko tumangkad pa effective po ba talaga ang cherifer pgm ??? At anung klaseng exercise okay naba ung pagvavolleyball nakaka stretch atah ng bones un :-) gatas lang po kailangan e take ayaw ko kaseng maabutan ako ng pinsan kong babae 14 palang sya pero malapit na nya akong maabutan nasa may bandang tenga ko na sya :-) tatangkad pa ba ako with or without taking gloxi or cherifer ??? Anu po ang maximum growth age for men :-) kahit hnd talaga ako tunay na lalake muhahahaha

sabi nyo po sa mga comments nyo na pag nagtake ka ng cherifer pgm without exercise is tataba??but it is ok to take it without exercise and yung paginom po nun eh every morning before breakfast??pakainom po ba yun ek kakain na agad o may time pa??and yung milk ba iinumin bgo matulog??I'm 18yrs and i'm turning 19 this jan 30, 3rd year college student na po at gusto ko po tumangkad kasi 4'10 lang ang height ko eh tapos payat po ako can you explain it to me or can you help me please...
