Small, white, round, unscored pill with SP over 01 on one side and blank on other side. I think it is aspirin but not sure, and not sure of strength. ## Hello, The only match that I can confirm this pill to be is Furosemide (40 mg); which is a loop diuretic used in the treatment of congestive heart failure and edema. The only thing is that the SP imprint that sits on top of the 01 is separated by a score line. I did however come across another post on this site stating that there's also a generic aspirin (325mg) that has SP 01 on it. But there's not much information online to verify this, even though it could very well be true. If I had to offer my opinion, I would say that it is aspirin due to the lack of a score line, but please don't just take my word for it. I'd have...

What are round white tablets imprinted P-D 679, labeled "APC"? Presume they're obsolete Parke-Davis something with aspirin or acetaminophen. ## I have tried several searches for this, but can't find any information on it, however, if it was an over the counter product, those imprints aren't required to be listed with the FDA and finding information on something that is no longer manufactured makes it even more difficult. Where they found in the U.S or elsewhere? That may help to narrow it down. ## Thank you. I've done multiple searches and also found nothing specific for that tablet. I've asked 2 pharmacists (both younger than 40) who couldn't figure it out. I started looking for aspirin combo drugs and found an obsolete aspirin-phenacetin-caffeine produc...

please tell me the percentage composition of aspirin in Ecosprin, Disprin & Loprin. ## Aspirin is the sole active ingredient in all of the medications you mentioned, so the answer is 100%. How much is specifically in each one, depends on the dosage. It is a NSAID, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?
