Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin.

I am 46 years old female who has underwent procedure of device closure of 4mm size as on 28.01.2012. Since then I am taking PAN 40 early in the morning and ecosprin 150 after dinner. But since last 03 weeks I am suffering of acute acidity no vomitting but only burps and uneasiness and a lot of nausea. I f i stop this ecosprin what shide effects i have to face please guide
