Please inform me whether Sazo 1000 creates any problems during pregnancy? Is it safe to use during the pregnancy period? ## Can anybody pls explain to me the real cause of rheumatic arthritis and if Sazo 1000mg helps to treat the underlying cause? I know that it's an autoimmune disorder but I don't know what triggers it. It's been one year since I've been diagnosed with it and I am 17 yrs old. I tried doing my bit of research and I came across a certain protein present in a particular gene responsible for this kind of response but I am still not clear what causes this.

Had Hughes syndrome, plus other chronic medical conditions. Injured back about 15+ yrs ago H-dics,DDD,Spinal Stenosis,Arthritis, and Othperdosis. Has anyone had experience with travelling while on Kineret. We are flying internationally, then catching a connecting flight. How do I keep the Kineret at the optimal temperature for 16 hours? Some of them use chargeable battery packs to keep the medications chilled and others are just special cold storage packs that are meant to last a long time. Is this gel safe to use on sore muscles and pain from arthritis? ## Hello, Jan! How are you? I can't find any information on the gel, but if it contains a steroid like the tablets do, then no, you shouldn't use it without your doctor's approval. Steroids can cause some dangerous side effects and may be contraindicated with some medical conditions and other medications, especially high blood pressure or heart disease. Took my last pill from 6 day pack. Question I have is I have had perfect blood pressure until I started this medicine. Now my blood pressure is very high and my heart rate is elevated also. Which this is not normal for me. How long after you finish with this medication will the blood pressure go back to normal and the headache will go away? Thr medicine took care of the inflammation in my knee my all of the side effects I had. I will never take it again. ## Hello, Tammy! How are you? I can take a week or so for the side effects to taper off, however, how high is your blood pressure? If it is dangerously high, then you may need medical treatment in the meantime to keep yourself out of danger.

My wife has been taking this medicine for on and off for the past year. If it causes liver problems and she drinks what would be a good advice for her considering we are getting a divorce. She is the mother of my kids and I do care for her. ## Hello, CW! How are you? Okay, it isn't that a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory does cause liver problems, but there is a risk that it might cause them. The same for the drinking and combining the two increases that risk. Since this is a prescription medication, is she seeing the prescribing doctor regularly? Because, if so, they should be monitoring her and occasionally doing blood work to check her liver function. And is that doctor aware that she drinks?

I was just shown an xray of my shoulder joint (the ball) that showed a calcium deposit creating excruciating pain. Tendinitis was also indicated.... inflammation. I was told I needed to see an orthopedic surgeon...cortisone IV, I'm assuming, or surgery. I wanted to know if calcium & magnesium gluconate (Calm) or hydroxycitrate will irritate or further my condition? I'm taking Motrin 800 ml & Aleve. I was just prescribed methylprednisolone 4mg for ringing in the ears. After reading so many negative reviews I'm afraid to take it. Is there something else I could take with fewer side effects? ## Hello, Mar! How are you? This actually is the steroid that's known to cause less side effects and problems than the others. And you also need to remember that the negative reviews are only left by a very small number of people that have actually taken it. The larger percentage take it without a problem and thus, have no reason to be hunting up a website like this to look for more information on it. I took it myself last year for a cyst and the worst effect I had was a slight blood pressure and heart rate elevation for a few days. Is there anything else I can help with?

If I take a 7.5mg Mobic with the V 4212 and it doesn't help the pain then can I take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen / Lortab on top of it or would that be dangerous? ## Hello, Bree! How are you? I am taking this for extreme pain in my shoulder & arm. How long does it take for this to take affect? Will I have to keep taking it to be able to work? My right arm is still not as good as my left arm. My meloxicam is white, round, no split in middle on either side and has 100 on one side. Can I take aspirin , aleve or advil withit. I took meloxicam about 8 or more hours ago. ## Hello, Jeanette! How are you? There is a round, pale yellow/off-white tablet with the marking 100 on one side that contains 15mgs of Meloxicam. Is that what you have? And no, you shouldn't mix the other medications with it, because Meloxicam is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, which is exactly what Aspirin, Aleve and Advil also contain, just different ones. I was prescribed 1 , 4 mg med pack for cough and fluid in lungs that wouldn't clear up with antibiotics alone. This all started with strep and pneumonia. I have a history of panic attacks and depression, but it has been years. After the first 3 pills it was time for bed. Awoke after 2 hours and remained awake for 24 hours, 4 panic attacks in that time. Called doc. She said take a day of off of pack to rest, then continue. Major panic attacks, racing thoughts, anger, fear. I only took 2 of the 4 pills for yesterday. Will not take anymore. How long before these crazy feelings go away.
