Arthrexin And Dizziness

Hi, my husband has been taking Arthrexin for gout in his feet for about a year now. He only takes it when the gout flares up however everytime he takes it it causes him severe dizziness. The dizzy spells incapacitate him and the only thing he can do is go to bed. One doctor said this was normal and another said it wasn't and I can't find any reviews where other people have experienced the same. What's your thoughts?

Arthrexin contains the active ingredient Indemethacin, which is a potent nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. Dizziness, drowsiness, stomach irritation, and headache can be normal side effects of it as documented by MedlinePlus.

However, it is unusual for it to be that severe. Is he on any other medications? Has he had the cause of his gout addressed?
