I have severe anxiety attacks and an insomniac. I literally pull an all nighter once a week. I am prescribed klonopin but i have too much anxiety for it to work fast enough. I need something stronger and faster. I am aware of all the effects as well as my parents. I just need a recommendation of a doctor who is at least not against prescribing it if they feel, which they will, I need script. 48 year old Raleigh resident looking for a doctor to prescribe me my diazepam. I am being cut off from the clinic I go to. After my doctor retired (in Virginia) went to Monarch because I do not have health insurance. I now go to Cornerstone. I have been taking Diazepam for about 25 years as well as Zoloft. I am aware of the side effects and long term usage of "Benzos". I have a long history of mental health issues and this combination is the best for me. I exercise, meditate, watch my caffeine intake and use to tools taught to me to handle my emotional problems to the best of my ability. Just recently received another form of Xanax 2039/dark blue oval, very different reaction compared to the GG258 I've been taking? Is this difference normal? ## Hello, David! How are you? Round dark green pill with a crescent moon and 160 on it. Need to identify it. No other markings and is not scored. ## Hi Dede, From my investigation, the crescent moon is indicative of a product of Actavis Elizabeth, LLC. (now known as Teva Pharmaceuticals). There's also a round green Hydroxyzine 25mg pill by Epic Pharma, LLC. imprinted E 160, whereas the E is oval shaped like a moon. I'm fairly certain that if you took the pill to a local pharmacy for a second opinion that they'd be able to identify it as one of these prospects. A lot of people in the press seem to think benzodiazepines are just addictive drugs that serve no purpose. Some even have the audacity to claim they should be taken off the shelves and that they’re clearly the next “opioid crisis”. I’ve noticed patterns in these claims: no evidence to back them up. Benzos save lives. I don’t know about some of you, but if my benzo were to be taken away; it would ruin my life and quite possibly kill me. They only feel half as strong as they should be. I still shake after taking the 1mg pill twice a day. Is sandoz a better generic? I can get those? My doctor keeps telling me that there is no such thing as Xanax xr, but I have been on them before, so I'm confused!?! He also said that there was no such thing as Ambien xr, again have been on it before. I have been told that xanax is being phased out due to cost. It is a benzodiazepine and it is a green diamond shaped pill. What is it? ## The cost of Alprazolam is next to nothing. So i’m just wondering if i’m able to take 3 month expired buspar? I haven’t been sleeping again due to my anxiety spiking up super bad at night causing me to have panic attacks in my sleep.. i haven’t been able to go to the doctor and they can’t fit me in until next month but I found my old Prescription that has the date to discard as 2/4/22. I have social anxiety bad. My daughter passed away at the age of 7 from cancer. 3 months after that my second oldest got a hold of a handgun that my boyfriend left laying around and shot herself in the head. Then after that he told me he was going out of town for work for the weekend and never came back. I have social anxiety. I'm already on 4mg of Xanax but it's not effecting me will 25mg of Hydroxyzine help me sleep? ## That sounds like a pretty bad idea. 4 mg Xanax by itself is a hefty dose ## @Johnny, Interestingly enough, The University of Maryland's drug interaction checker doesn't list any sort of interaction between Hydroxyzine and Xanax. You can take that information whichever way you want, however, this doesn't necessarily mean no interactions exist. Not to mention, since Hydroxyzine is a prescription medication, maybe it would be best to discuss this with your doctor before making any decisions...(You are prescribed it, right?) Is it safe to use Hydroxyzine when you have open angle glaucoma? If not, what medicine can I use that will help me with my allergies and allow me to sleep at the same time?
