Both the XR and SR are just different abbreviations that stand for the same thing, they denote it as a controlled release medication. Some other abbreviations used for the same thing are ER and CR. I found a yellow oblong pill with no writing on it. It was in a foil case of 5. The foil also had no writing.. ## I have an oval pale yellow pill, scored on one side but no print on the other. Thus, it is most likely that a tablet without an imprint is an over the counter product of some type. However, these is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. I found a couple of bags stashed in my brothers room containing in each bag 8 round black pills and 1 yellow oval shaped pill with "CTA" marked on it. im curious what it is. Prazepam is not sold here in the United States due to special qualities it has that are basically a threat to PROFITS here in the United States and anywhere else where it's special properties are known. I used it very successfully in 1990 but then it went off the market and I am looking for a way to buy it through another country, hopefully not from Mexico - somewhere in Europe hopefully. I lived in Holland three years and would like to get it from there; or from anywhere! I have also lived in Portugal, Spain, Greece, France, England, Honduras and Brazil and would be happy with any of these. Please help, whether you know of the medicine's special properties or not.
