I believe the marking on the tablet in question may have actually been WATSON 746, it's a small round, yellow tablet that contains 0.5mgs of Clonazepam, which is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
