I have been having anxiety attacks for over a year. Mydoctor has prescribed both Buspar and Lorazepam. The Lorazepam seems to work better than the buspar. I am concerned that this drug may be addictive. Can you help? ## Yes, this is a Benzodiazepine, they are very addictive. That is why a lot of docs will no longer prescribe them except in extreme circumstances and many insurances will not longer cover them, either. Lorazepam is the generic for Ativan. It has someone kind off funny shape on 1st side & the other is scored with 150 ## Actually, what they gave you is Zantac, it contains 150mgs of Ranitidine, which is an antacid that's used to treat or prevent conditions such as ulcers, GERD and gastritis. How far apart should i space taking xanax and baclofen ## Hello, Mimi! How are you? The problem with taking them both is due to the fact that they can both cause sedation, so that's intensified by combining them. Thus, there's really not any set time frame that you need to space them out, you just need to know to watch for any danger signs, such as feeling severely sedated, shallow breathing and extreme dizziness. I have been on 2mg bars 4 times daily for over 5 yrs. When taken as prescribed it is the best. I have bipolar disorder and severe anxiety. Just ask doctor first and be willing to try other benzos cause one might work better for u. ## That is a huge habit. You are hooked. I am hooked. I'm not going to judge you at all. However what happens if you run out, or the doctor moves or stop practicing. Xanax is a wonder drug, but is very hard to stop, perhaps the hardest drug? You must experience it to know how lovely Alprazolam is on the way out. Getting back to you, 8 mg a day is a lot and so many here have lost their prescriber for a variety of reasons. Good luck!

My partner took some little light blue pills that had a diamond hollow center in the pill. I'm an ex addict and know he lied about what they were. I do not know what they were. Was it possibly a K shape? Where there any markings on them? ## Because of the nodding, it sounds like brand name Valium 10mg. Their light blue with a center cut out kind of like a diamond.

The pill is white, round, small, has a slash on one side that looks just like the 1mg R59 ativan, but on the other side it has a 59, then what looks like a D which is at an angle to the 59. ## I just got a refill for my ativan--except that my old bottle had pills with the R59 and my new one has the D59 that joe's talking about.
