Probably although there have been no studies done to assure your safety. Sounds like good stuff! Xanax does not mix well with certain substances.

I've done some searching, but can't find anything specific regarding taking Boswella with prescription medications.

And as Eddy has pointed out, studies aren't done to check natural substances for possible interactions with prescription drugs.
