I have taken Clonazepam for a number of years. It has always been the Actavis product. On my last prescription refill, the pharmacist arbitrarily switched me to the Teva product. Is this a problem? Which, if either, is the better product? Is there a product better than either one of these 2 mentioned above? ## This can happen from time to time as manufacturers change their production schedules around, etc. It is hard to say which is the better product because technically the same generic product from multiple manufacturers contains the same active ingredient(s). That said, some people do experience slightly different effects from a product coming from a new manufacturer. What has been your experience so far? I take a plethora of meds for my unhealthy self. Two of these are Physeptone (Methadone mix) 90mg for chronic pain, along with Clonazepam, Roche, Audin, etc.. I am in England so we don't care who makes our meds as they are all free (and anyway we can ask the chemist for another manufacturer). I have to submit urine samples now and again as the government has decided Methadone (even for pain) must be prescribed and monitored by Addiction clinics. This causes me massive problems, especially with other authorities, like my medical 3 yearly driving licence. Well, in the last 4 months, my lab results have been crazy. The best all-around research site for the drugs in the benzodiazepine (benzo) family is benzo.org.uk. The benzo family is quite large - they are dangerous, often difficult to quit and have shown many long-term (the rest of your life) side effects. Do some homework please and work with your dr. to titrate your dosage. They usually will cut it in half for a period, in half again, as low as they can go, and ultimately cut it. The process can take from weeks to months to years depending on your dosage, body chemistry, drug in use, and many other variables. More power to you!! Ok so I'll start by saying most chemists I’ve been to this year say Ireland only stock ANXICALM Diazepam by CLONMEL labs. Loose white yellow or blue pills (mine is blue twice daily although I’m currently dropping down to 15). Prior to me asking this recently I asked before in 2015 when I was prescribed 5mg (3 daily), one chemist did have the VALIUM Diazepam 5mg by ROCHE; imprint Roche 5 on a bright yellow pill. Since then nothing but anxicalm. Ok, so elsewhere the diazepam generics are and I’m told there’s an awful lot of dangerous drugs being put into these. Please have your pills tested! Does anyone know whether the thick R 039 yellow bars are real? Knockoffs? Does anyone thinkthey have any value. For your own verification, these particular bars are reported to be approximately 14.00 mm in size and should carry a National Drug Code of 00228-2039. I have had 3 epidurals, have 3 degenerating discs, have run 55 marathons, completed 5 Ironman Races. I don't smoke or drink and lead a healthy lifestyle. I won't take narcotics. I also flew for a major airlines for 32 yrs. I just learned that my medical will end in Dec. Mom is dying, etc. The only thing that works is xanax, 3 (2 mg) a day. Thanks ## If you suffer from anxiety and need a Benzodiazepine class medication (like Xanax), usually your best bet is to see a psychiatrist, rather than a regular medical doctor. Reason being is that they are better trained in the types of medications that handle these problems and many general physicians are reluctant to prescribe controlled substances due to abuse and the heavy regulations that they have to abide by from the government. Hi I've been on Adco Alzym for more than a year now and needless to say, I have increased my dosage to 4, I have however recently deicded to stop as my body was no dependant on it. It's been 3 days nights since I've left it and I am suffering, I haven't slept! I am battling to sleep, what do you suggest I do? Are blue 10mg diazepam marked above the score line with an A and below 278 smiley like logo on back real? ## Sound like diazepam produced by Crescent pharma. I just got some yellow 5mg ones with a crescent armed on one side a A 273 embossed on the other side, separated by a score. I wonder, are yours blue and the 10mg version. What country are you in? ## Can you please double check the spelling? I have located a drug called Clonex, which is a brand of Clonazepam available in Israel and possibly other countries outside the U.S. There are also a couple of other drugs around the world going by the same name, but their active ingredients would not be indicated for back pain. Hello all. I weaned off and stopped Cymgen (60mg to 30mg) for about a year. I started on Cymgen again (new medication did not help at all with anxiety and panic) but it doesn't help nearly as much as it initially did. Am I resistant to it now? Should I try a generic? Or do I have to look for another drug altogether? ## What dose are you currently taking? I recently moved to Gadsden area and I am looking for a good PCP that is not judgmental and/or a psychiatrist that is not afraid to right scripts to treat anxiety and ADHD. My previous PCP managed my symptoms with Xanax, Adderall and Oxycodone but from what I have heard most docs in AL do not write meds to help and send you to all kinds of specialist. I get xanax 1mg perscribed to me. On the lable it says take 1 to 2 a day as needed. I only receive 50 pills. I got it filled on 7.17 and today is 8.12. I use gateway insurance at a CVS pharmacy. It has been 26 days if i am correct. That means if i take 1 pill a day thats 26 out of 50, 1.5 pill a day is 39 out of 50 and at 2 a day thats 52 out of 50. Well wait, if i only have 50 pills, i cant take 52, which by refill date would 60 pills. I have 2 refills left, i was wondering if i would have a problem getting them refilled, i have read insurance goes by the percentage of pills left.
