Sorry, I can't find anything listed under this name, are you certain of the name and spelling?
What country are you in?
Can you please double check the spelling? I have located a drug called Clonex, which is a brand of Clonazepam available in Israel and possibly other countries outside the U.S. There are also a couple of other drugs around the world going by the same name, but their active ingredients would not be indicated for back pain. Clonazepam can be prescribed as a muscle relaxant, but this is more of an off-label use.
If you think I might be talking about the right medication then you can read more information on the page for Clonazepam Details.
Can you please reply if you have any other questions or information to add?
I have the same problem. Clonix - this is the right spelling - can only be found with that name in my home country, Portugal. It is indeed the most powerful pain killer I know of.
I have been given Clonix 300mg for dental work, but was offered no instructions on how to take it or how many to take each time?
Clonix is given in Portugal for toothache or pain after dental treatment. I have taken it on many occasions for this purpose over the last 20 years. I have to say it is the most amazing pill for dental pain I have ever come across, it's the only med I have found that takes away the insupportable pain! Every time within 15 -20 mins the pain has gone even with abscess, tooth extraction, or rotten tooth. However, it is advised that it is only an emergency relief option and you should seek treatment asap. I have normally taken it for 3 days at the most. On one occasion I took it for 4 days and started getting stomach cramps, but even that was better than the toothache!. On other occasions, I have felt lightheaded or dizzy but again totally acceptable for the relief it brings. Bear in mind I have taken brufen, paracetamol in large doses for the same problem with no relief so in my book Clonix is a lifesaver :)
Re: Nettie (# 4)
I have been prescribed one clonix tablet every 8 hours for three days, then to go onto i-bu-ron (ibuprofeno 600mg) for 3 days if pain persists after dental surgery.
