I have taken 2 aleve and 1 xanax and want to take a prilosec for my indigestion. Is this ok? ## Sure it should be. what is the source of your indigestion? ## Just for the record, umm.edu's drug interaction tool does list a drug interaction between Xanax (alprazolam) and Prilosec (omeprazole). From what I'm reading, a combination of the two may result in increased blood levels of alprazolam, which in-turn may increase your risk of side effects. Ref: umm.edu/health/medical/drug-interaction-tool This does not necessarily mean that it's dangerous to take them both together. Your doctor should be able to adjust and/or monitor the dosing to help minimize your odds of developing certain side effects.

I have a granddaughter and her parents think she may be using Valium. She is 16 and she decided to stay in bed and not go to school... Can anything be done? ## They should take her to a doctor and inform him of their suspicious. Valium is a benzodiazepine, so they can check for it. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I can help with?

If I took Percocets and Xanax on Friday till Sunday around 4 but I'm not a frequent user, will it show up in a mouth swab drug test on Monday around 4pm? ## Do you have a prescription for these medications. Are you asking do they check for Opiates and Benzodiazepines in a drug test? I would think they just are checking to make sure you are healthy, nothing to worry about

I take xanax and vicodin which are prescribed to me,but I have been taking them for almost 17 years so my tolerance is pretty high. I sometimes run out and take my husbands because he usually only takes one or two a week. I have been taking urine and now recently a saliva stick that will not only be repeated randomly but also sent to a lab to determine my weekly & monthly levels. Supposed to be Buspirone, Generic for Buspar? ## Based on the description provided, I can confirm your pill to be Buspirone hydrochloride (15 mg). Buspirone is the generic name of the drug. Buspar is a brand/marketing name. Xanax has no relation whatsoever to Buspirone. They have a totally different chemical makeup. The generic for Xanax is Alprazolam. Valium stays around 5 - 9 days but u should not take Valium with Suboxone it is not a good mix. It often causes respiratory failure. Read the info that comes with your subs from the pharmacy. ## I am assuming you were responding to another post, if so, in the future you can do so by using the reply box that is directly under their post. I have sertraline, the pill has an imprint if IG on one side and 214 on the other. It is oblong and a very light yellow color. I have read something about the two being the same. Qualitest Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 100mgs of Trazodone, which is an antidepressant. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes. Is there anything else I can help with?

My prescription was filled with Biopose Diazapam 10 mg, they are small round white tablets with no markings on either side, i have tried them but i am not sure about them. They are meant to be called Indian whites. Would anybody have any advice on these?

Round small white pill scored on one side the other side has u-s with a 1 underneath it. Not finding it on major imprint sites it's supposedly ativan or the equivalent. I take a half pill of 0.5mg xanax every night to relax and sleep... Before I get hired they are giving me a physical and blood work. I'm so worried the half xanax is going to show up in the blood work. Will it show? And, will drinking lots of water before the blood work help??? Thank you so very much for your quick reply. ## If you drink excessive amounts of water they will retest and suspect there are drugs in your body. ## If you take a Xanax every day you would have to ask yourself why wouldn't it show up?

As with most pills, tabs, etc., my pharmacist states that the one year exp. dates are for inventory software programs based on inj's. and other sensitive liquid meds. That said, he let me know, that over 90% of the most popular drugs prescribed, still have over 95% of their potency at 5 years after the Rx date, including hydroxyzine. ## Hello, Marcel! How are you? I get anxiety a lot when I'm at home or at stores when I'm around a lot of people I get frustrated a lot too and I can't consatrate ## It is best when you see your Doctor that you don't ask for a particular color or strength. Let the provider decide what is right for you! ## @ignacio, Eddy is right. Many doctors will see it as a red flag if you go straight into asking them for something as widely abused as xanax. However I don't think it will lessen your chance of getting prescribed xanax if you just describe how your anxiety has been affecting your ability to participate in normal daily activities. At the same time the doctor is only going to give you what he/she feels comfortable with and that may have to be ok with you or they'll see it as drug seeking behavio...

I have a strip of diazepam from teva 5mg, they are yellow but only have a 5 printed on one side,and just a score line on other side no numbers,are they fake or real please. I have been taking 4-7mg of Xanax almost daily for the past month or so. Been through Ambien, Lexapro (which I hated and stopped taking after two weeks). Xanax is the one thing I have found that helps with the nights where I get anxiety and can't sleep. It just so happens that during this time I have contracted some sort of mild urinary infection, so at my appointment today my doctor had me do a urine test, as I was expecting. Before going in I drank an iced cup full or cranberry juice, took a multivitamin, 3-5 cups of water, a red bull, and a whole gatorade. When I pissed, my urine was more or less completely clear. Sometimes if I feel tense or some kind of panic. I hardly breath and my stomach will compressed and its very hard. And my Doctor prescribed me to take a Xanor 500mg Tablet. And the dosage she gave is 1/2 tablet every 12 hours. My question is, do I still take my medicine even in normal situations (there is no tense feeling or panic feelings)? ## what does your doctor told you? do you still take it without feeling attack? ## Zanor alprazolam does not come in 500 mgs. It is prescribed in 1 and 2 mgs dosages. Perhaps you should make sure of this first. 500 mgs of zanor would kill an elephant.
