May I take one Xanax with Contrave or would there be a negative effect? I only take Xanax about 3 times a year, but one of those times will be next week. ## There can be a risk of seizures in some people that take them together, but that is usually with long-term use, or excessive amounts, according to FDA warnings, but it would still be best to double check with your doctor to be safe. Are you on any other medications?

Onapil 1 MD ..,white full blister packs I. I was prescribed them for over 10 years and that was the one thing I loved about them. Well that and the effects of course!!! :) ## I disagree....been precribed for past 10+ years and the generic klonopin (Clonazepam) I get in the states are not sweet. The one I get in India taste like chalk. Both work as intended.

I took .25 mg of xanax Tuesday night and forgot I had a drug test on Friday morning. These tests are sent to a lab seeing as how its for the suboxone clinic. I'm just wondering if anybody thinks I will still be dirty or if I will be ok? I take them every once in a while, have not taken 1 in over a month. Small scored light green pill, came in blister pack from pricepills.com, it was clonazepam 2 mg... no imprint, came in blisters of 10... I believe it was manufactured in India. I am not sure if this is legitimate, any help would be appreciated! ## Yes, they are the real deal. I think they are a little weak...I need to take 2 instead of 1 to get the effects, but I certainly DO get the Clonazepam feeling. Jpee was the manufacturer out of India and I have had that brand before and I have had that brand before with Xanax as well. This may sound strange. I have been fighting middle back pain for 5 yrs. I see a pain mgmt. dr. and we have gotten all the way to Fentanyl patches. I take 175 Mcgm hrs. Nothing has helped. I have had Nuclear bone scans, Multiple MRI's, Nuerologists, Rhumotologists, EMG's Chiropractors, Been on Vicodin, Soma, Lyrica, Spinal Injections, Nerve blocks, Facet joint blocks, You name it!!! I saw a new nuerologist, and he wanted new MRI's with contrast this time. I told him that if it had to be closed MRI, then I would need sedation, cause I am chlostrophobic. So I did 3 MRI's with contrast, on 3 successive days. Upper, Middle, and then lower. They sedated me with a 10mg Valium each day before the MRI's. It's usually 25mgs orally 3 to 4 times a day, but you should check to be sure. Is it OK to take these together not at same time. I have been prescribed methadone for my pain for several years but I have needed Valium for my spasms and I also have anxiety fairly bad plus it calms my brain down at night so I can relax and sleep and that makes me feel better anyway I have discussed this with my primary dr. And my pain dr. And they both don't really want me taking it with my pain medication. Does anybody else have this problem. Because my life would truly benefit from taking them. I'VE BEEN TAKING ATIVAN 2 MG.AT HS.FOR YEARS , THEY SAID NONE SHOW UP IN MY URINE TEST.WHY WOULD THIS HAPPEN? ## Don't know if you're still looking for an answer to this, but basically cheaper urine tests (like the immunoassay) only test for the two most common metabolites of benzopdiazepines which are Nordiazepam and Oxazepam. Lorazepam's metabolite is molecularly dissimilar from these more common metabolites and therefore only shows up as positive in very high concentrations. Looking for ideas of alternative anxiety treatments other than benzodiazepenes. I do not know if I can be prescribed benzos due to my medical history. I was wondering if anybody had any ideas or other alternatives that I may ask my doctor about? ## BuSpar is an option, the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and weight loss. It is not considered addictive. Many SSRI and SSNRI antidepressants can also treat anxiety. It really depends on which one works best for you. Are you on any other medications?

Is urbanol similar to xanax in its effects...meaning are they very alike in the way they make you feel? ## Yes, they are both in the Bendodiazepine family, so the NIH warns that they carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and dry mouth. I need to know if I can get a domestic prescription for Nimenza 3mg, or Nimetazepam 3mg. I was prescribed it in Japan and it was the only anti-anxiety medication that completely helped me and did not make me sedated for drowsy. I got arrested in my state for giving someone a few Xanax til their prescription was filled. Now I got taken off my pain meds for my back that I take faithfully. Can I move to another state and start over with a new doctor and get my pain meds again in another state? ## Yes you can! What was the punishment? No markings, both sides white, pill round, mild Benson feeling but culls be psychological. ## If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured prescription medication, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. From the way you described it, it is most likely that it's an over the counter product, but there is also a slight chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found/obtained? ## One side has 834 with line under it. The other side has TEVA. Not concerned about the white pill I was reading about the .05 org. pill and what the strength is compared to my 2mg.

I have been on most benzos. I find that 2mg Klonopins help both my anxiety and neuropathy real well. I have been tagged with an addictive personality. Here's the problem. It's the only medicine that works. That being said "I get nothing for my relief. I have to obtain these meds through other means". I'm 64 and I'm tired of doing this. I am 72 years old female. Earlier I was diagnosed as having anxiety-depression related OCD. Was prescribed Risperidone 1mg twice a day and Clonazepam-0.25 twice a day, but it did not work. Now instead of Clonazepam I am being given Etizolam-0.5 twice a day. Does any body know that Etizolam shows better results than Clonazepam? ## It isn't necessarily that one gives better results, it's really that since there are some differences in the medication, one may work better for you than the other one did. Etizolam is a Thienodiazepine, which means it is a Benzodiazepine analog, but it is different and works a bit differently, though the effects are very similar. Can u take Xanax with Tylenol? ## Well I took it with 4 hydrocodone10/650 apap, no problem here, but everybodies body is different ## The use of Xanax to treat moderate to severe anxiety disorders, panic attacks and depression, while taking Tylenol, doesn't prove to be a problem based on my personal research. I ordered 2mg generic xanax (alpraxolam) and I received a very small round white pill with no markings at all - not even a score. They were not in a blister pack...just a baggie. They dissolve very quickly in water but have a bitter taste. Can anyone help identify what these are. I think I got ripped. ## If there are no markings on them and you ordered them from a foreign source, without a prescription, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what you may have received. Is there a replacement for butalbital/aspirin/caffeine out there 50/325/50? It was the combo of the drug that worked for me. ## Hi Debbie, I know that you can certainly find Aspirin and Caffeine on there own OTC, but as far as Butalbital is concerned, I think you may have to talk with your doctor or pharmacist about other drugs in the same class of "Barbiturates" (such as Phenobarbital). This combination of meds is most commonly used for treating tension headaches and mild pain relief, but I believe it has a few other uses as well.
