i have been on mirtazapine for nearly six years and want to come of it as it's now casuing me to feel spaced out on most days. depressed and suicidal. My doctor has told me that all anit depressents are all the same, he's just fobbing me off and I'm fed up with him as he is with me. i've been told to ask for a change. If not then I wont take anything meds at all.That will make me worse I'm sure. I was just given Oleptro 150mg and was told to crack it in half and take 75mg to take along with Wellbutrin 450 EX that I have been on for over a year. Is anyone else on this combination? I am concerned about weight gain which I have not had with Wellbutrin alone and I also dont want loss of sexual feelings which is also something that I have not had a problem with the Wellbrutin alone. I have been taking 120mgs. of cymbalta for yrs. for depression, I also have chronic pain, it does Nothing for my pain whatsoever. ## Cymbalta contains the active ingredient Duloxetine, it is an SNRI antidepressant. I am on celexa 40mg daily, trazadone 100mg daily, and I take excedrin daily for generalized pain. I went for a job interview and tested positive nfor methamphetamine. How is this? ## I cannot give you a definitive answer, since this site is not medical professionals, nor are we chemists, however, this has happened a lot recently to many, many people. The only thing I have been able to conclude is that there may be a bad batch of tests on the market. We have had posts from people who are taking narcotic opiates, which they are often tested for in pain management, to make sure they aren't selling them and they have had their tests come up negative, making their docs think they aren't taking them. I went 3 days without taking Citalopram. My mom and friends noticed a difference in me. I really like this med, I need to continue without missing days. ## Citalopram is the active ingredient in Celexa, this is an SSRI antidepressant. Glad that it is working for you and yes, please be careful to take it, following the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.
