pill ## I want info on Mirtazatine ## I think the information being requested in these posts was most likely about Mirtazapine, which is an NaSSA antidepressant, that's also used to treat anxiety, as a hypnotic and to stimulate the appetite. It may cause side effects, such as weight gain due to stimulating the appetite, as well as drowsiness, dry mouth and blurred vision. Interestingly enough, there's a specific listing in the monograph that says it's also used to stimulate the appetite in anorexic cats...who knew? Are there any questions I can help with? I need to know the name of the pill ## Is it possible that your pill says "M 52" as opposed to M 57? The closest match I could find for M57 is a white oblong shaped pill. However the pill imprinted with M 52 is a round green pill. The "M" is sitting above a score line with "52" underneath. I just found a pharmacy discount card that gave me 80% off of my Wellbutrin prescription! The card was free to sign up for and was super easy to work. advorx.com is the site. Has anyone had a bad experience with a rx discount card like this? It says it works at all major chain pharmacies and even works to get discount diabetes supplies. But my question is if there are any strings attached that I will realize later and if the card will continue working? ## To my knowledge, most of these types of cards are legitimate with no strings attached and should work (continuously) at any of the well-known pharmacies in your area. My boyfriend takes Teva-Venalfaxine 75 mg...I noticed hes very sleepy a lot of the time, and slurring his words...Are these common symptoms, or could he have been prescribed to much for him? ## No, that's not common and it definitely sounds like he may be on too high of a dosage, or it just might not be the right medication for him. Wow! I had NO idea what I was in for with this medication. If anything is too good to be true... it usually is! I started this medication back in September for fibromyalgia symptoms. It was like a miracle. The day after I took it, I woke up almost pain-free and without the "fibro-fog" I had had for the past 10 years. Hi all, so it's 5am and I'm wide awake.. last Tuesday I ran out of my tablets (Cymbalta 30mgs) I tried calling my Drs to be told that she wasnt able to see me till this week,so I did something stupid and stopped taking the tablets, by Thursday at work I was starting to get very dizzy and put it down to my sugar levels being low, Friday I was unable to go to work because I couldnt get out of bed! I was on for 10 days Dr took me off. How long before I feel normal again. Had every side effect possible. ## Fortunately, you weren't on them for a long period of time, so it shouldn't really take more than a week or so. Okay, I am hoping to get some help. I was on Pristiq 100 mg for the last three years. My insurance now is having a higher co-pay plus I have gained 25 lbs. So the PA switched my to Wellbutrin SR 150mg. It is day three and I feel awful. Very foggy and light headed. Well I found out from her nurse today, that I should not be having any caffeine when I take it. How long will this feeling last?? Anyone have words of wisdom. Finished starter pack. Never felt better- worse. More anxiety, less sleep, and awful nightmares. Took me off of it and withdraws were awful. Horrible nightmares, and hot and cold sweats. Awful drug for me. Getting back on rimeron- just have to deal with some weight gain. It works well for me. Everyone is different. Just be careful weaning off the Viibryd. ## I realize it can be somewhat different for everyone, but I get the sense that all these medications are addicting enough to induce some epic withdrawal symptoms once your body gets used to having them and then suddenly not having them. Are you finding that Remeron (mirtazapine) is any better than Viibryd when it comes down to withdrawals?

Thank you to all who post here. We can't get truthful or helpful support from most Drs. I am in Costa Rica and it is very difficult as I don't have a Psych. Dr. and the GP speaks little English. I have been on AD's since back in the day when there were only Tricyclics. Done them all. For the last 3 years have been on 150mg Wellbutrin and 10mg. Lexapro. GP started me on 20mg and I did that for a year and decided I wanted to try lesser dose and save a little $. I have since decided it no longer helps me and think the Wellbutrin can do the trick solo. I am suffering from major depression, anxiety disorder and OCD. My doctor is now trying me on Epitec. I started taking 25mg Epitec last night and woke up this morning to chattering teeth! This has been the WORST detox of a medication I have ever had in my life. I was only on Pristiq for a few months and decided I didn't want this drug in my system. I had missed a dose the weekend prior to my decision and about went crazy with the brain zaps and feeling out of control with my emotions. I'm 36 and a single father. I have tried antidepressants for low motivation and depression. No luck. I've done vyvance and it helped me more than anything so far. I would like to find a dr that will not give me a hard way to go with this in Louisville Ky.
