This definitely needs some clarification.
The medication name is actually Trazodone, in the U.S. the name brand for it is Desyrel and it is an SARI antidepressant, which can also be effective at treating anxiety and insomnia.
Its common side effects may include nausea, headache, dry mouth and changes in appetite.
And yes, it has been known to cause incidents of priapism, but it isn't common. It can also cause the equivalent condition in women that take it.
