I found a number of pills that I need to identify, all are made in Canada. This one is a blue oval/oblong pill, imprinted with only a 30 on one side and nothing on the other side. Any ideas? Thank you in advance! ## Hello, The closest match I can find is Paxil 30 mg; which is used to treat depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, social anxiety disorder (also known as social phobia), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It is a blue oval pill with the imprint Paxil on one side and 30 on the other. I hope this helps! ## Maybe it's a generic copy of Paxil, since it's blank on one side? Thanks for the help tho!

I cannot find the pill I am looking for. ## @Robin, What do you mean you cannot find it? Is this a prescription you have and are just trying to verify the identity of your pill? If that is the case, I would encourage you to post back with a description of your pill, including an imprint, shape, color, or anything else you can think of that may make this search a lot easier. and I would like to k planet helps people without insurance like planet helps people without insurance like my cymbalta does ## @vonda, There doesn't appear to be any medication by the name of Merplex. Mirapex (pramipexole) is the closest name I could find, if that's what you're referring to? I was also hoping that you'd be able to clarify what "K Planet" is? I went so far as to try and Google various manufacturers/insurance companies by that name, but have yet to come across anything relevant to this topic. Please post back if you have any additional information to add so that I or someone else may be of better help!

weening off this antidepressant, i have been on it for 3 months. any one out there with exactly the same medicine? how many mg did u reduce it by and over what period of time. Thanks ## This type of information is probably best given by your doctor; only because the difference in dosages can affect each person differently. What might be a safe tapered-dose for one person could also end up being too drastic of a change for someone else. I would even ask your doctor to help you put together a tapering schedule (on a calendar), in order track your progress and keep you on the right path to completing your goal within a specific time frame. Without a way to track your progress, tapering can sometimes be much more difficult than it needs to be. I hope this advice helps!

I'm wondering what the difference between citalopram 20mg and citalopram HBR 20mg. I have been perscribed both but they look different, do they work the same? ## Wikipedia states that "Hydrobromic acid is a strong acid formed by dissolving the diatomic molecule hydrogen bromide (HBr) in water". Based on that information, I'm led to believe that Hydrobromide is simply what helps break down the tablet and act as a catalyst for absorption or bioavailability of the drug; much in the same way that Hydrochloride is used in medications. I haven't found a whole lot of information on this topic, but if anyone else can confirm or clarify whether or not there's any truth to that theory, it would be very helpful! Thanks!

found a bag of pills ...they are round, pink. imprint of 10 on one side and an EC on the other side. It is scored with E on one side and the C on the other.. any ideas on what they could be? ## The closest match I could find to your description is a white round pill scored on one side with "EC" imprinted above the score and "10" marked just below it; with an "M" on the opposite side. Manufacturer: Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. This pill has been identified as Escitalopram oxalate 10 mg (base); used in the treatment of anxiety & depression. I know this pill doesn't completely match your description, but perhaps it can at least be of service in narrowing down your options. Has anyone else come across this pill before?

how long does trazadone stay in your system?I take 50mg a night ## I have to take a pre-employment drug test and am terrified that Trazodone will show up. I have a prescription, but also know many employers will not hire those on antidepressants (of which Trazodone is classified). I take 100 mg per night for insomnia and have for 30 years. Wondering what the half life is and how it is eliminated. Also wondering how to get it out of my system before the test...I have about three days. Guess I won't be sleeping :0( ## I am wondering the same thing. I did see some info in my research that says it has a short half life...gone within 12 hours. Also read it takes up to 72 hours to get out of your system. I am worried about a pre-employment drug test myself. ## from what I have read and re...

I had to share what I am going through trying to ween off cymbalta. I was put on 30 mg which is half my dose for 1 week. It has been 2 days since I have taken it and had no choice today but to take a 60mg. I am literally ill. I am suffering horribly with terrible vertigo, brain zaps, buzzing in my ears, wretched nausea, headache, sour stomach. This is utter torture. Please be aware how hard it is to get off this medication, make a conscious decision before committing to it. I have taken at least 8 of the anti depressants on the market in my life and have never had an issue weening and stopping them completely. I am a 39 year old busy wife and mother of three and I am having a bad time coping with this feeling. I'm scared and I feel like I'm all out of sorts. In a nutshell this m...

Hello, I have been taking 450mg of Bupropion for about 5 or 6 years and my Psychiatrist thought it might be a good idea to lower the dosage to 300mg. What risks am I taking with this? What are some of the possible side effects? What are some other experiences that you have had with this drug?? I am just very worried because I always thought this was the drug that got me out of bed and really on top of things with depression. Now I am starting to wonder if it is frying my brain. Please help with any insight you might have! :D thanks. ## In my opinion, lowering the dose can potentially put your body at risk for a state of temporary withdrawal. Reason I say that is if you've been taking it for years and years, your body has probably become dependent on having that particular dose in yo...

4H2 ## Is cilift addictive?and how strong is it as a medication? ## Cilift contains the active ingredient Citalopram, which is an SSRI antidepressant, so no it isn't actually addictive. Learn more Citalopram details here. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weight changes. As to how strong it is, that's really difficult to say with this class of medications, it really depends on how well it works for the individual taking it. Not everyone gets the same results from it.
