Never Miss Doses Of Viibyrd

I take 40mg of viibyrd every day. I am really bad about getting my refills when they run out until I missed 3 days of viibyrd!! Omg I was so sick it was terrible! wORST headache of my life, chills, puking and thought I was gonna die! I am not exaggerating!!! Needless to say that's one refill I never forget!!! Even my doctor tld me because I got so sick if it happens again to stop by his office if I cnt get my refill for whatever reason and he can gve me a cple samples until I get mine filled! I hope this helps others who take this medication!

Hi Heather,

Thanks for taking the time to share that information so others can try to avoid getting stuck in a similar situation. I get the sense that most prescription antidepressants have this type of withdrawal effect when stopped abruptly like that.

On that note, I think it would be wise to always have some sort of backup plan for those uncalled for situations that seem to pop up out of the clear blue. Have you ever considered trying medical marijuana as a more natural anti-depressant option? From my own experience, the withdrawals from cannabis are probably quite unnoticeable compared to what you just described.
