I stopped taking Topamax in July and subsequently starting dosing up with Lamictal. Two weeks ago I was at 150 mg and as of Friday, 8/24 at 175 mg. I had blood work done 8/24 and neurologist says my levels are too low and I'll lose my license. This happened with Topamax 2 years ago, Dr. asked why I wasn't taking it, I was! They asked me the same thing today, if I was taking my meds. Every day, same time. 75 mg in am; 100 mg in pm. Anyone have any ideas as to where its going? ## That is an odd situation. Are you also taking any specific supplements or certain OTC medications with this prescription? white oblong pill with AOP on one side and 600 / OAB on the other ## The marking on this tablet is actually APO GAB 600 and yes, it is a 600mg Gabapentin tablet, which is the generic for Neurontin. White round fairly large tablet one side only LG 100 ## The closest match that I can find is Lamotrigine 100 mg; which has the imprint "G" on one side and "LG 100" on the other. Manufacturer: Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. It also happens to be a Six-sided tablet though, so the only thing I can think of is that they may be manufactured by the same company since they have similar markings. It might be worth a try to contact the manufacturer directly and see if it's one of their own. Hi my daughter of 16, was diagnosed with "soft" bipolar and is on 100mg a day. i have been for a second opinion from a different psychatrist after 1 year and the new doctor said she is def NOT bipolar. i want to know what the side effects are of taking bipolar meds if you are NOT bipolar? oblong white pill large, with just a line down middle on one side ## has anyone figured out what this white large oblong pill is with no writing on it just a line down the middle ## No, sorry, with no imprint, there is no way to be certain of what it is, unless you wish to pay for laboratory testing. ## I found the same pill, it is oblong, kinda large, with a vertical line on one side; HOWEVER, on mine it has a J on each side of the line and only on the side with a line on it. ## white oval pill with just a line down the middle. no other markings. could this be gabapentin 600 ## sorry, but the white pill that i'm concerned with is oblong and not oval. i'm so upset that i wasn't thinking straight when i identified the pill that i have been taking.

I had an Rx filled and was supposedly 250 mg divalproex sodium ER. It is orange, oval shape, and number 512 one side, blank on other. I also have a white pill, oval shaped, with number 724 one side and W on other. I believe it to be the 500 mg version but need to verify. I transfer my Rx from pharmacy bottles to my own containers so they are a more convenient size for me. Dumb in retrospect. Can you help? I wouldn't call you dumb, it's a very common mistake that a lot of people make and it's the reason sites like this exist. ;-) Is there anything else I can help with? I take a very small oblong pill scored no markings at all. It is lamictol (sp?) ## Prescription tablets that are approved in the U.S. all have to have imprints to enable their identification, except in certain rare cases, but I did check anyway and no, I am not finding any Lamictal that match this description and don't have any markings. Where did you find it?

Does Keppra cause an intense itch? My father was on Keppra for three years, then stopped for almost three months. He went back on it 2 x 500mg and about a month later developed an itch on his arms, back, and chest. ## He may have developed an allergy to it. Our bodies are always changing as time passes, so even if we were able to take something before, we can suddenly develop a reaction to it, if we try it again. This is a red capsule with no imprints. It is supposed to be Gabapentin 300 mg, but I have no way of proving this. Also, is Cugaba 300 the same as Gabapentin 300? ## Yes, Cugaba is listed as being a foreign name brand for Gabapentin. Learn more Cugaba details here. I started topamax 25 mg 5 days ago as a mood stabilizer. I gained 80+ lbs from previous ones and antidepressants. I had no side effects until this morning I woke up feeling nauseous. I haven't been able to smoke a cigarette at all today and my stomach has been in severe cramps since I ate a sandwich about three hours ago. I feel as though I could vomit. I also noticed I am urinating more frequently even though I haven't increased my water intake (I always drink a lot). My question is, is e weightless going to come as a result of this stomach pain and not being able to eat? Will the stomach pain subside? I'm supposed to go up to 50mg in two days. I do have pain issues, spasms, weakness, neurological/muscular issue not diagnosed yet, myoclonic jerks...peripheral neuropathy, diabetes, some sort of asthma.....on a lot of meds. Have had surgeries to fix nerves in elbows and one hand, and one foot, scheduled to do knee area and tarsal tunnel, have neurogenic bladder..... ## Zonisamide is a type of anticonvulsant and this class of medications usually has several medical uses, including the treatment of spasms, myoclonic jerks and certain types of nerve pain. I am on Topomax for a seizure disorder (haven't had one in almost 10yrs) so because I am also on another medication which doubles to prevent seizures my doctors feels I could come off the Topomax- I don't need two - it certainly didn't help my migraines. However in the past two weeks coming off the med I've gained 6 pounds and I'm not eating any differently! Has anyone else had this happen. I've worked very hard to keep my weight down and getting very hungry and freaking out! Thanks. ## How long have you been taking the other medication and what specific medication is it? I've been taking these for a while and recently stopped taking them for a month. I wanted to see the difference in my mind state and moodswings. I started back taking my meds due to the increase in seizure activity. I wanted to know are there any documented information on the difference in moods, depression, etc.?
