The closest match that I can find is Lamotrigine 100 mg; which has the imprint "G" on one side and "LG 100" on the other.

Manufacturer: Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.

It also happens to be a Six-sided tablet though, so the only thing I can think of is that they may be manufactured by the same company since they have similar markings. It might be worth a try to contact the manufacturer directly and see if it's one of their own. I went ahead and posted the company's contact page below:
