I'm confused!!! In this thread, Gabapentin and Pregabapentin are said to be the same drug then someone else says no, they're difference. I CANNOT take Gabapentin as it makes me crazy and angry. Is Pregabapentin going to do the same??? Also is there ANYTHING else anyone can think of to get off of Oxycodone??? I've been addicted for 15 years and a heavy user due to true pain. I am in Recovery for 8 years 7 months from a severe opiate addiction. I abused painkillers for nearly ten years. I underwent rapid opiate detox. I was given Neurontin upon discharge for the residual withdrawal to combat agitation, mood swings, irritability etc; After 30 days, the rx ran out and I didn't see the need to refill it. My psychiatrist put me on Epitec which I started last week Monday, I am on a very low dosage 25 mg X 2 weeks, 50 mg X 2 weeks, 100 mg X 2 weeks and 200 mg X 4 weeks. I forgot to renew my prescription of mysoline. I am currently taking 200 mg at bedtime. I have a white pill scored on both sides with G 6 on one side. My doctor said he can't give me any more norcos cause I had a bad U/A for phenobarbital and I honestly have no idea how it happened.
