Lamotrigine And Phenobarbital False Positive

My doctor said he can't give me any more norcos cause I had a bad U/A for phenobarbital and I honestly have no idea how it happened. I take lamotrigine 400mg a day, 100mg of Pristiq a day and Xanax 2 x 1mg a day. I have severe back pain and severe knee pain which I need surgery for but I can't because I weigh 550 pounds. Now this will be on my medical records and I'll probably never be able to receive pain medicine again because he told me to find another doctor. I don't know what to do. I can't move so I won't be able to lose weight.

Matty, my name is Pat. I have been searching for answer as to why my ua would come back with a false positive for phenobarbital. I know what it is, but have never taken it inmy life. Now my pain dr. won't give me norco! Have you gotten any answers in the past year?
