There are several things that can cause such symptoms, it could be an anal fissure, or hemorrhoids, as well as several other possibilities. Zerodol-P contains the active ingredients Aceclofenac and Paracetamol, it is used to treat pain and swelling. The Anusol is used to treat Hemorrhoids.

I had a prescription for Diclofenac sod EC 25 MG. It had one refill. The pill had the GG 737 on it. When the pharmacy refilled it, the pill is much smaller with a P 25. I can't seem to find anything the P 25. ## Yes, the tablet with the P 25 marking also contains 25mgs of Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. I've been prescribed Zipsor for spinal stenosis - and have taken one after lunch the last two days. By evening I have such intermittent heartburn and abdominal pain from gas. Finally looked up the side effects and who would think that gas would be a side effect. I want to keep taking the pills as they help but the gas pains are awful and the heartburn too. I rarely have heartburn so its too coincidental that it happens after the Zipsor. I was told not to take ibuprofen. Is Naproxen the same ingredients and side effects. ## Why were you told not to take it? This would be a factor in determining the proper answer. Naproxen contains the active ingredient Naproxen, it is not the exact same medication as Ibuprofen, but it is in the same drug class, which means it is also an NSAID. Therefore, if you were told to stay away from all NSAIDs, then you shouldn't take it.
