I bought a 130 ct bottle of low dosage Bufferin for heart reasons. (I recently had a tripple bypass) I noticed that several pills we only half sized while others were concave on one side thereby reducing the dosage. I have switched to Bayer. ## If they were purchased in the U.S. you can report these anomalies to the FDA at 800-332-1088, but they will probably need the information from the packaging, such as the lot number and expiration date. You can also contact the manufacturer and the information to do that should also be on the packaging. Are there any other questions or comments? ## I have the same problem. How can buy this medication? I am in desperate need of it ## I have a rash under my arm pit and know it is spreading to my arms. I have used diprolene cream or Betameth cream before it is the only thing that works for me. I've had this problem on and off for years and have been to the best Doctor this is what works for me. ## Don, you might try to see if the generic form is available, which is Betamethasone Dip 0.05%. Should be available in a tube or bottle as an ointment, cream, or lotion (depending on what you were taking before). Check out drugstore.com and search for "Betamethasone Dipropionate". orange coated pill ( I found my dog chewing on this so most of the colour was gone.) its a larger pill clean on one side and N 500 stamped on the other. We purchased the Rumoquin NF gel in Mexico while on vacation, for my husbands sore shoulder. It relieved the pain a little. Now I am rubbing it on my 10th rib from a recent fall and it gives relief so I can sleep. Were can I puchase it? ## Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and Betamethasone is a steroid, as far as I know, they both require a prescription in the U.S. and Canada, due to the risk of some severe side effects they can cause. Have you tried asking your doctor about it? They may be able to prescribe an equivalent.

Emantyum contains the active ingredient Dexketoprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and yes, it can cause excess stomach acid and stomach irritation, that may have resulted in the bleeding you experienced.

Can I use flanax 550g naproxeno for my molar pain due to bad cavity ## Have you consulted your dentist? Naproxen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that may help with pain and swelling, but if there is an infection involved, due to the bad tooth, it won't help with that.

Prednisone is a synthetic corticosteroid drug that is particularly effective as an immunosuppressant, and affects virtually all of the immune system. Please help! I found four white oblong pills that are scored on one side and the side has a symbol that looks like a Fleur de Lis followed by what looks like the number 14 or possibly another symbol, it's very hard to make out!
