Daflonex is actually a supplement which contains Hesperidin, it is believed to be an anti-oxidant, with anti-inflammatory and sedative properties. That said, since this is a supplement, it is actually not proven to help with anything and possibly side effects are unknown, because it is not tested for them, as is done with actual prescription medications.
