As an anti-inflammatory, what is most effective: 75mg diclofenac NA or 200mg ibuprophen? ## The Diclofenac is much stronger, that is why it is only available by prescription and you can purchase the 200mgs of Ibuprofen over the counter. I get my headache weekly 2 to 3 times, None of the thearpy worked for me. I am facing this problem since 2002 underwent lot of treatment and medical scan.
