Dolocordralan contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain and swelling.

In the U.S. it is available by prescription only.

You can ask your doctor about it, it can be found at most pharmacies, with a prescription, under the brand name Voltaren, as well as the generic Diclofenac.
