I go to the dentist and had to have 6 teeth extracted, spectrocaine was in 6 or 7 shots having to be gave me. Well I go to my pain management and they are saying I am discharged, they can't find any sign of the meds that I am prescribed for. Exalgo 16mg. and 8mg. I am 61 years old I haven't done anything other than what my pain management has prescribed

Where can I find butesin picrate burn ointment? ## Hi Kathye, Based on my research, Butesin Picrate does not appear to be available anymore from the proposed manufacturer (Abbott Australasia). However I did come across an older post back from 2011, stating that there were pharmacies in Guatemala who carried it under the Spanish name Picrato de Bustesin. This information can be viewed in the following thread: Discuss/butesin-picrate-burn-cream-195494.htm One other thing I'd also recommend doing, is browsing through some of the other message boards here discussing this medication. Perhaps you can find more specific details on it's availability by searching in this way. On a side note, aloe vera gel is also a good substitute for burn treatment if all else fails. I have had severe chronic Depression for 15 years and have tried every anti-depressant there is with no sucess. I also suffer from debilitating pain of which I am prescribed Codeine 12 tabs a day and am have become tolerant to it. I have heard about KETAMINE being a miracle drug for both ailments. my son underwent appendectomy after that he cant move his right foot. it's been 16 days from his operation but he still cannot walk normally but he can already move his right foot. initially his leg feels numb, now it aches. is this a sign that he will recover faster with the help of physical therapy. will he be able to walk normally again? as of now his heel goes out of his slippers.

Hi I am wondering if Methoxyflurane can be used alongside nitrous oxide simultaneously. The nitrous oxide alone often is not as effective in achieving therapeutic dosage with adults and I wondered how the two may work. Thanking you, Anand ## I do not know the answer to your question, however, if you are using Nitrous Oxide, even just once, you should be aware of the possibility of Nitrous Oxide Side Effects, particularly in that they reduce Vitamin B12 levels, which can lead to severe and even deadly problems. Preventing these side effects is as easy as supplementing with Vitamin B12 before and after procedures that use nitrous oxide- something that dentists never choose to do.

My doctor prescribed me a cream formulated with lidocaine , procaine , meloxicam and some other stuff for arthritis in my hands and muscle spasms in my back. Will it show up as cocaine in a urine sample? ## Can so-gaba/lido to cream cause a positive drug test for cocaine or opiates?

No, there is nothing available over the counter that can help with the infection. I live in New York City (Manhattan) and cannot seem to find any drugstore that sells Butesin Picrate. It is great for minor burns, but it seems to have disappeared from my local stores. Where can you purchase it in Canada? ## Nupercainal ointment is an over-the-counter medicinal cream for treating hemorrhoids. If you can't find it at any of your local pharmacies or health stores I'd suggest trying Amazon or Ebay, as I have seen Nupercainal listed there on several occasions. Both of these companies regularly ship to Canada, so this may be a good last resort option. Hope this helps! ## Thank you! what are the side effects of this medicine? what about red spots on the hand? Is that serious? ## This is used topically, so the most common side effect has to do with applying it to the skin and usually includes some skin irritation. Are the red spots occurring where you're applying it? Or on the hand you're applying it with? Unless they are swollen, itchy or bleeding, they most likely aren't anything to worry about, but you should check with your doctor to be certain.

I am looking for a phenol cream 1.5% last distributed by Lanvin-Charles of the Ritz, Inc. in New York, NY. My jar is almost empty. ## Hi Linda, Is there any chance you might be referring to a lotion or cream called "SARNA" which contains: Camphor 0.5% + Menthol 0.5% + Phenol 0.5% (totaling 1.5%)? If so, from what I've heard, this product was taken off the market because Phenol was not considered a good product to be included in a lotion. I don't know the validity of this claim or if it's available in any other countries, but apparently these three ingredients mentioned above are widely available in the form of chapstick ointment/lipbalm, from other brands like Blistex.
