I have a bad teeth and one doctor gave me 500 mg amoxicillin also I have a stomach infection and the doctor gave me 500 mg amoxicillin. I don't understand if I should take all of it in one day? So all together I am supposed to take seven amoxicillin per day? Is that safe for the stomach infection? I'm supposed to take 2 amoxicillin in the morning and 2 at night for the stomach. Hello, and thank you for being there. My wife had been taking a course of amoxicillin for cystitis but stopped yesterday and today feels terribly weak, with occasional hot flushes and pain below her left shoulder blade. She is a 73 year old 'Anglo-Saxon' weighing about 110 lbs. She has not lost any weight, but her BMI has been low for years despite all attempts to build it up. Her height is 5'7". The dosage was 12 x 500mG pills on the first day of the course and one 500mG pill a day for 16 days, total 28 pills. She had nearly finished the course but stopped because her skin was yellowish and her urine was darker than usual although bowel movements were normal in colour. Hi. 2 weeks ago, dentist prescribed Amoxicillin prior to having an abscessed molar removed and synthetic bone graft with stitches. After extraction, he gave me Zithromax for 5 days. When I returned to have stitches removed, I still had the infection...so dentist prescribed Clindamycin 250 mg, x4 a day, for 7 days. I am on day 1. I am on day 4 of this 10 day antibiotic and have started noticing symptoms of a yeast infection. I just found some G.E.Amoxicillin 500mg the doctor had given me the date filled 4/8/2013 it has 14 pills out of 21 in it. Hi i went to the doctor today and was diagnosis with bronchitis and the doctor prescribe 875mg bid of Amoxicillin and Albuterol my question is why amoxicillin when its not usually prescribe for bronchitis and its such a high dose. ## Hello, Kieta! Can you give human Amox tr cla to cats with inflammation gums. ## Hi Katlady, Amoxicillin and Clavulanate potassium (Amox TR-K CLV) is a prescription antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. And yes it is something that may be prescribed by veterinarians to cats/dogs alike in respective dosages. However, according to Dr. Foster and Smith Pharmacy, the human form of this medication reportedly contains more Clavulanate than the veterinary form. Taking that into account, I think it'd probably be best to let a vet determine how much is safe via an in person evaluation. Hope your cat is doing well since you last posted!

I found AMOX TR-K CLV 875-125 MG tablets in my daughters bedroom and I am concerned to what they are used for and if my daughter could be using these to get high, she does have a past history of doing so, so I am just trying to be safe rather then Sorry. So I don't think there's any room for abuse there. From my own experience, antibiotics in general don't really have any sort of euphoric properties about them that would make it even the slightest bit intriguing to someone looking for a high. Hello, I (adult) was prescribed 875MG tablets of AMOX/CLAV - 1 tablet 2x a day for strep throat over a month ago but I am now better. My daughter who is 7 weighs 45 pounds has strep now and I have about 18 Augmenton pills left over. What is the dosage for her age? She has had to take pills in the past and I was going to break them up for the correct dosage but i'm not sure what that is. A friend brought Amoxicilina name brand Broxidad from Mexico. We both have had a cough for almost 4 weeks. The pharmacist in Mexico recommended to buy this product 500MG and take one pill every 8 hours for 10 days. I can't find this brand it all when I google it.
