Broxipad Amoxicilina

A friend brought Amoxicilina name brand Broxidad from Mexico. We both have had a cough for almost 4 weeks. The pharmacist in Mexico recommended to buy this product 500MG and take one pill every 8 hours for 10 days. I can't find this brand it all when I google it. But wanted to know if anyone has bought this before? I am not getting better. There has been no change and I have been taking it for 5 days.

This is a Mexican brand name for the antibiotic Amoxicillin, which is used to treat or prevent bacterial infections.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Thus, this medication isn't going to help, unless your cough is due to some type of infection. If it's related to allergies or a cold, this will do nothing to help.

Have you consulted your doctor? You may need a different medication or some other type of treatment for your cough.
