Had 5 Teeth Out

I have had five teeth out my gum is swollen I've been on amoxicillin for 2 days I'm in agony when will the pain go thanks

This medication is an antibiotic that's used to treat or prevent bacterial infections. The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

After having extractions, it may take several days for them to start to heal adequately, so the pain is relieved. Have you tried using ice packs on your face to help?
