i have stopped using amlokind at presently

Why have you stopped taking it?

Those are dangerously high numbers that put you at risk of congestive heart failure, stroke and heart attack.

Amlokind AT contains Amlodipine and Atenolol, both of which are used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. I don't know if a generic is available for you, but you can ask your doctor or pharmacist about it.
