I think it is an antiacid want to make sute. ## @Micahel Wilkerson , I believe the pill you have may actually be OTC Zyrtec liquid capsules; which are clear/yellow egg shaped capsules with the imprint z10. I found these pills in my son's drawer and I'm kind of worried as to what they are. I have searched PIRITON all over the Internet, including this site as well but could not find any matches or pictures to confirm what it was. It is a small round white pill blank on one side and imprinted on the other side is just "PIRITON" please help me out if possible. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, hives, and itchy skin rashes. From what I've read, Phenergan itself shouldn't show up on a drug test, but there is a variety of Phenergan + codeine that could.
