I get and allergy for something I eat. Not sure what and I have a sore right foot heel every morning I get out of bed. After I have walked a bit it goes away. I also get it when I get up after I have sat down for while My.Doc has prescribed 1 every morning. I have now picked up so much weight around my belly which I can not get rid of.
