Hi, my mother took an Afenak 100mg tablet for neck pain about 5hrs ago and now she is suffering from rashes... Can anyone pls suggest me any solution for that? ## Hello, Satish! How is your mother doing? She needs to consult her doctor to see what caused the rash. If it was an allergic reaction to the medication, she won't be able to take it, anymore, because such allergies tend to just get worse and more dangerous with repeated exposure. Is there anything else I can help with?

why can't this medicine be found today. It was the only thing that would stop my mom from coughing. She is 86 years old and coughs so violently that I am afraid it is going to kill her. Her Dr. has tried many things but to no avail nothing has worked. Her Dr. says that this medicine has been discontinued. So why isn't something there to take it's place? ## Your doctor is either searching with the wrong info or he or she just doesnt want to prescribe it. As of April 1 2011 it is still available as Tussionex EXT REL SUS good luck!! ## That is correct, Tussionex suspension is still available, under Tussionex PennKinetic, as both that name brand and the generic. It contains the active ingredients Chlorpheniramine and Hydrocodone, so that is what the generics would be listed unde...

Can not seem to find it any where ## Hello, Woods70! How are you? Did you check with your pharmacist? Some of these products are now kept behind the counter. You can still buy them sans prescription, but you have to sign for your purchase and show identification.

My daughter is roughly 55-60 pounds but she is three can she use children's dimetapp cold&congestion? ## Hello, Summer! How are you and your daughter? As such a young age, it would be safest to check with her pediatrician, before giving her any medication. Some can be dosed according to weight, but some can't. It's just a good idea to check and be certain. Is there anything else I can help with?

What is the strongest color of cough sirup? I just got prescribed clear zutripro, and wanna know how this sirup compares to all the other cough sirups with codeine? Which is the most potent down to the least potent? ## Hello, Bog Dog! How are you? The colors don't actually mean anything, so I can't provide you with any information based on that. Nor can I go through and list all the cough syrups on the market, their ingredients and dosages, there are far too many. This one doesn't contain Codeine, anyway, the narcotic in it is actually Hydrocodone, which is stronger than Codeine. Learn more Hydrocodone details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and consti...

CAN THE MAIN INGREDIENTS BE SEPARATED ## Hi MIZTAZ, To my understanding, the active ingredients in Allegra D 12hr are not intended to be tampered with or separated. If you just want Fexofenadine on its own, normal Allegra may be what it is you're looking for. Pseudoephedrine is also available on its own, and is marketed under the brand name Sudafed/12 hr. Both options should be available OTC, but you may have to ask your pharmacist to get it for you if it's behind one of those locked glass doors. I hope this helps to answer your question!

I was just wondering if anyone who has taken these pills had an allergic relation such as hives rash and itchiness? because I did and I'm not allergic to any medication or foods. If anyone has any info I'd appreciate it haven't found much on online. Thanks ## There is no allergic reaction on me or anybody I know taking oblecox 30mg It really help me with my eating habbits and mood disorders, I am always happy. ## Hello, Gva77! How are you? Sorry about the problem that you had. It is always possible to discover that you're allergic to something, even if you've never been allergic to anything else. Our bodies are just funny that way. It's even possible to develop an allergy to something that you've been taking for years without a problem, because our body chang...

Do I need a perscription for claritin d 24 hour? ## @big t, Even though the packaging says "prescription strength", Claritin-D 24 Hour is actually an OTC medication commonly found in many retail pharmacies and even places like Target, Walmart, etc; so you shouldn't have any reason to need a prescription for it in my opinion. However, if this is something that your doctor recommended for you, it may be wise to ask him/her any additional questions pertaining to its use. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Pseudoephedrine Details On a side note, filling out a prescription is your doctor's job (not the patient's) and it would be illegal for anyone else to try and put together a fake one. I hope this info helps!

i cant sleep in the nights Please suggest me and give the tablets names ## Have you seen a doctor for this? Insomnia can have natural causes, or it can be caused by other medical conditions and if that is the case, you will need proper treatment for such a condition, in order to rectify the problem. Some medications used to treat it require a doctor's prescription, while some are available over the counter, however, since I don't know what country you are in, I don't know what your exact options are. Many over the counter products use Diphenhydramine as their active ingredient, since it is an antihistamine that causes drowsiness as a side effect. ## i just want to know about the tablets like alprax .. for my knowledge ...and suggest me in every posible way

Okacet Cold is another brand name that contains the same active ingredients Cetirizine + Phenylpropanolamine; but also contains Paracetamol. This seems to be the closest match I can find that has a similar composition to Alerid D. Hi! My son is 3 months old. He is suffering from cough for a week. His pedia prescribed Alnix 0.5ml 2 times a day. I accidentally gave him 3 times (6 hours interval). What will be the effect of that? Thank you. ## Hello, MommyK! How is your son? Did he suffer any ill effects? I really can't stress enough how important it is to seek medical attention immediately any time you feel that someone's life or health may be in danger. While there are those of us on these websites that are always happy to help, if we can, there is nothing we can do if someone needs life saving treatment.

i need to get pregnant and the doctor has given me these red and yellow capsules. i would like to know if they have anything to do with me getting my first baby after having three miscarriages. ## Hello, Hassan! How are you? No, this is just an antihistamine that is used to treat or prevent allergies. What type of doctor are you seeing for your problem?
