Alcohol Flush & Anxiety

When i take alcohol my skin becomes red my heart rate goes high, and I feel unconscious & sleepy.......I have very weak heart & i get scared all the time without any reason. I feel lonely, not talking to anyone, non-energetic, lasy, insecre & unsafe. i don't feel like working & not even come out of home. Please need your advice what to do?

Sorry to hear about all your challenges. First, what you have reported when consuming alcohol sounds like the normal effects. Some people just don't tolerate alcoholic beverages well and prefer to avoid them.

With regards to how else you are feeling mentally and emotionally, it sounds like you may be dealing with clinical depression, anxiety, or bi-polar disorder. Can you get in to see a psychiatrist soon? It could be of great help and they could provide a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. I can say from experience that alcohol is never a solution.
