Hello...My insurance has changed, and I currently have no set mental health coverage available to me. I am looking for a psychiatrist who can continue prescribing the adderall I have been taking for a couple of years. Would have to be a private pay, or sliding scale etc...I do have prescription coverage. Went to doc today for complete exam and asked to restart Adderall. Was on it for 4yrs, and in April when I we t to get my script( for Hydrocodone..didn't need Adderall at that time), from the doc's office was told I needed to give urine sample. It was 4:20 and could not pee to save my soul! Finally at 5:15, the lab tech told me the last lab run was leaving, but I could come back in the morning and give sample then. The next day I went but was told since I didn't produce a sample yesterday, my physician would no.longer fill any controlled substances for me. Have been off Adderall for 3 1/2 months now. Any ideas from anyone? I don't want to switch doc's... I really like this one, and have seen her for years.

Trying to use them in a different manner could cause you to get too much of the medication at once, which could result in overdose that may put you in danger.
