adderall 20 miligrams..amphetamines salts, can you put them under your tounge and let them dissolve?

No, they should be swallowed as intended.

Trying to use them in a different manner could cause you to get too much of the medication at once, which could result in overdose that may put you in danger.

Additionally, if the medication hasn't been formulated to be taken sublingually, there is no benefit, it won't absorb faster, it won't get you high or etc.
