I too have had horrible experiences with the generic versions of adderall..I am currently on Brand Adderall XR 30 MG..I've wracked my brain trying to understand how such drastically different results can be received if the medications "should" have the same active ingredient but "may have" different "inactive" ingredients. So, the only way that my ADHD brain lol could understand this is to compare it to one of my favorite recipes:Chicken cordon bleu... So I imagined the chicken as the "active ingredient" and begin to switch out the remaining ingredients in my head..as I imagined the switching out the breading used, then type of cheese used, maybe instead of "baking" you would fry it (for example)....when i was done analyzing... I have a blue pill that is supposed to be aderrall but it looks different than the others. It's the same shape and size, blue round, but it says the number 23 it next to a crescent moon looking thing and a line with two smaller lines on the back. What is it and how many milligrams. I have found some light blue and clear capsules in my daughter's pocketbook. On the blue side it says: M. Amphet Salts and on the clear side it states 10 mg. Does anyone have a solution to adderrall withdrawal? OTC behind the pharmacy counter meds? Anything? Long story short the 20 mg weren't working and I ran out a week early. The depression and fatigue are horrible. Anyone have a solution to this? ## It helps if you can sleep because your body is adjusting to the medication not being in your system. Seriously I've only been on adderall for a couple months and we've raised it a couple times but honestly I take 60mg Xr twice a day and it just doesn't work. I have a history of opiate and downer addiction but I never recreationally used stimulants. I felt soooo much better when I first started taking it but it's like it has worn off already. I've been on adderal 10 mg for about 2 years now. I usually take 1 daily and about 6 months ago I started occasionally taking 2 daily. It's never given many any side effects. But the last 3 days, when I take it I notice a heart flutter I can feel almost in my throat and a faint feeling about 2 hours after. This feeling has followed caffeine intake but I always drink caffeine when I take my adderal. Is this something I need to worry about? It's been scaring me. My cousin found a purple and white capsule with no markings on it. She was told it was off-brand 50mg Adderall. Anyone know if this could be right? ## If there are no markings on it, then it can be definitively said that it is not a legal U.S. manufactured prescription product. They are all required to have imprints to enable their identification, regardless of being name brand, or generic. With no markings, the highest likelihood is that it is an over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. I have long been diagonosed with ADHD by a phschiatrist years ago and also by my Mother who never knew the term....but tells me ive forever had this....ive done lots of study on this ADHD and seems i know more then some who are suppose to treat this... In any case i feel strongly that a good start for me is Adderall 30. Herein lies the problem, i cant find a Doctor who will give me this medication. I was taking 10 mg adderall last week. Some days I would take one and take another hours later or later in the day. I didn't take any for two days and then took more again starting Friday through Monday and did the same (took one and then later on would take another). So I have a urine drug test early Friday morning. Would it still be in my system?

Will my adderall xr work if I just tranfer the beads to a different capsule? It will probably work basically the same I assumed, any thoughts? ## Why would you do that, unless you are wanting to keep your actual medication while filling the Adderall XR caps with crushed up Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen to carry out dubious activities!

So I never really thought this could be a problem with me but I think I may have ADD... i dont know aboutADHD. First let me tell you I am addicted to Opioids. Hello, I've never taken adderall ever in my life and I had gotten two pills for a 15 hour drive to go visit family. I had taken one on the way down and one on the way back. The two dates were November 10th and November 17th. I will have a urine test on December 14th for the day I ship off to boot camp for the navy. Will I pass the test? ## Mason, if you have almost a month between the time of your last dose and the urine test then you should be fine, as long as you haven't taken any more. According to the NIH it's usually cleared from your system within 3 days or so. Hope this helps and good luck!
