My doctor recently switched me from adderall IR (20 mg/4x day) to adderall xr 20 mg/once a day. So far I am feeling ok with the xr, however, I feel like I need a little bit higher dosage. I can tell that I'm not getting the same effects from the XR because the dosage is so much smaller. Shouldn't I be taking 80 mg/day of XR (same mg dosage as I was for IR)??? My son has tested positive 3 times for thc and I was wondering if any of the following medicines can cause false positives: Singular 10mg + Adderall Rx 20mg + Melatonin 5 mg + Vyvanse 20mg? ## Absolutely not! I need input from anyone on how to store generic Adderall. Lately I've had big problems with their longevity and am not getting much help from the pharmacist or drug information which says to keep it within room temperature. The present mfg CorePharma are horrible in this respect. Any suggestions for other storage bottles or if it can be stored in the refrigerator? ## I found that it's best to keep Adderall in a max of 77 degrees, but can store up to 86 degrees, although that was before the mfg issues imo at CorePharma. I take 30 mg Adderall Ir and sandoz is the only brand that doesn't give me nausea. I don't know what's going on with the pharmaceutical companies but it's really had an affect on my life. I was recently switched from 10mg ir generic Adderall which was a round blue pill, and am now taking the 20mg ir white generic Adderall pill R 351 and feel that it doesn't give me any effect. It feels like I am not taking anything which is resulting in low energy and motivation as well as a very slim focus. Have not been able to fill my 30mg generic Adderall anywhere in Palm Beach County since Oct. 20, 2014 when my prescription was written. Every pharmacy claims they're still on backorder as of today, 11/08/14. Preferably one that accepts Health Care District of Palm Beach County, such as Publix or Walmart. Avutox labs has shown that I was positive for methamphetamine even though I have never even tried the stuff. I do get prescribed adderall which I have been on for 20 years, which I have been booted off cause the results. I was informed by health care specialists that all the patients currently taking adderall have been positive for methamphetamine. I took adderall xr 20mg yesterday at 11pm and by 11:30 it started to kick in but I felt tired and sluggish on the inside but on the outside I was shaky and energetic and my heart was going fast. I've had it with the generic Adderall CVS brand Actavis. I used to take the brand name and had no issues. Switched insurance and can take the brand again after 5 years. If the doctor changes dose will the pharmacy fill it a week early? Im changing from generic to brand. ## If it is a time released formulation, they usually will fill early if the dosage is changed. I took 40 mg of adderall on Tuesday, 20mg on Wednesday and was called this morning which is Thursday for an interview tomorrow Friday. I was informed they do saliva testing. I live in central Maine and my prior psych doc "moved out of state..." I've heard many different rumors but point being- he left me high and dry not giving me any references/referrals, nothing at all. What pharmacy in San Diego carries either Sandoz 30mg Adderall IR or what company is comparative to Sandoz? Adderall xr 20 mg and M. Amphet Salts 20 mg. Are these the exact same medications? Are they both manufactured my Shire? Does Shire provide Teva/Barr with the generic version of Adderall xr under the name M. Amphet Salts 20mg? Thank you.... ## In order to tell you the manufacturer, you need to provide the markings or imprints on the capsules in question. I do, however, doubt this is the case, because TEVA manufacturer's their own generic medications. Both items that you described are the same medication, the only different you listed was one being controlled release, I do not know if the other one is controlled release or not, from what you provided.
