Maine- Needing Psychiatrist, No Insurance

I live in central Maine and my prior psych doc "moved out of state..." I've heard many different rumors but point being- he left me high and dry not giving me any references/referrals, nothing at all. My doc new I was planning on finishing up my prerequisites, move forward with attending interviews for a job but.... I have ADD and anxiety w/ agoraphobia and when he abruptly and unexpectedly stopped my therapy/medication, it felt like I turned into an instant Simpleton, and still am a simpleton today haha sounds funny but totally true. Anyone have any references, referrals, direction for this girl stuck in Central Maine?? Much thanks.

.....MAINE Girl - Was being treated with Adderall and Xanax and I actually felt alive like a real person and didn't worry about everything, especially things I had no control over. That's my remedy- and I need some direction from a kind soul that's willing to point me in the right direction.

Maine Girl, I saw u posted something on here and just realized it was a few years ago..but i was hoping u could give me a lil assistance..i just moved to Maine..and im having trouble finding a doctor that may be able to help with a similar issue as u had then..besides the fact i have ADD..I also have a some dependence to opiates..i know u didn't mention that..but i thought u may have some insight on the subject..since u are from here..and have similar issues..of sorts..if u could help i would appreciate it..im new here..and kinda lost..I could use at least someone that may be able to point me in the right direction..thx so much!!!
