I take generic Adderall 20 mg for narcolepsy and there is not one local pharmacy that has it in stock. I have never had this problem before. The pharmacies are saying that it's on backorder from the manufacturer. Is anyone else having problems getting their scripts filled?

one more time lol. COSTCO mail order! you'll have no problem and you'll get it early!!! =) or try Costco locally but i recommend Costco mail to home you'll LOVE IT!!!

Today is April 14, 2015, and I was wondering if anyone in the Jacksonville area is having a hard time filling their adderall 20 mg script? I've been to 7 pharmacies and they're all "out"!

Anyone have suggestions???

oh no problem it was not outta my way, just a 5 min. phone call. happy to help even tho it really didn't lal.

I am having issues in El Paso Texas! The pharmacy I go to usually takes a week to get it from the time it is ordered. I ordered last week and they haven't gotten a shipment this week. I do not have insurance and I need the generic. I called all over the city to find supply, but there isn't a pharmacy that has what I need.

Has anyone had any problems filling their adderall 20 mg script in Jacksonville,Fl? I don't get a new script until next week but I'm so afraid of the pharmacies being out like last year.

Samsun ~ just spoke to Costco rep online an he said if ur insr co. allowed auth then you can use them but no cash online due to the fact that they cant track weather someone goes to other places to get more when paying cash (it's the insr co. that truly tracks going to more than 1 place so they just did away with it for online meds), told'm i was askin for a friend an he was very apologetic. now, Costco locations will take cash if u can find 1 that has it, ask if THEY can obtain from online program for you! otherwise he says to call ur insr or ur online delivery program again, they "SHOULD HAVE IT" cuz they all buy in bulk (that's why i never have a problem). tell them if they can not get it then u want auth to go to Costco! you need ur meds! he said to demand it! lol gosh i really hope this helps ya! ??

I swear it's unbelievable that pharmacys now act like God! The hoops they're making us all jump through to get ADD meds. Our drs prescribed, marginally profiled, criminalized, etc. Florida's especially tough. One Walgreens in my whole area has adderall 20 mgs and suddenly told me they'd call me and let me know. I waited and then called my dr. Who said she would call, she did and was given no reason but, that they chose not to fill it for me.....

California new rules, I have a July prescription. I have visited 14 stores to fill 30mg instant. Its all on backorder. I ask to leave the script and tell me when they get it in. Im told to keep the script its ... November. I ve called, the pharmacy is not allowed to tell you if they have pills in stock. Yesterday, I told "new employee" about how my prescription is going to expire before I get the meds. She took the script and said it would be in tuesday. Rather frustrating.

Costco online told u they cant fill it cuz u have ur own mail in service??? that just doesnt sound right. they fill general public weather or not they use $$ or their ins. and i have even used them "without" using my ins.
i will call them an get some info for you ok? =)

Not to mention the Rx for a sched II now expires in 30 days, soo its wasted money at this point

After reading all these messages regarding availability and coverage I think the insurance companies and possibly the FDA or whichever federal agency is responsible for availability of controlled access prescriptions need to be sued. This is ridiculous and it's not our fault it's exploited.

oh how bulls***!!! ?? and ur mail service doesnt have them in stock? did u tell Costco that if that is the case? well, i dunno. i'm upset for you! talk to ur ins co. n tell them "they HAVE to find a way for u to get ur meds"! weather its them or authorization to Costco by cash! u pay these people so they should be helping you, tell them that! good luck!

She said they would not fill it unless i had ins coverage, she would NOT let me pay in cash once my insurance denied payment due to my insur having their own mail service.
