I found these pills in my house they are oval white pills that have 44 369 on one side, no other characteristics. ## These are reportedly a generic store brand of Midol which contain Acetaminophen 500 mg, Pamabrom 25 mg, and Pyrilamine 15 mg. white oblong tablet with COP116 ## Based on what you are describing, it sounds like the imprint code should actuall read COR116. A identifies this as Acetaminophen 650 mg. I hope this helps!
