Hifenac-P contains Acetaminophen/Paracetamol and Aceclofenac.

They are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, used to treat pain and swelling.

As to dosing, you should follow your doctor or pharmacist's instructions.

Common side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
