can solpadol tablets affect my stomach

Yes, they can irritate your stomach. Solpadol contains Acetaminophen and Codeine, it is a narcotic pain reliever.

The Acetaminophen here can be very hard on your stomach and can even cause ulcers, if you are not careful.

Have you spoken to your doctor about your concerns?
