Why would there be two different types of pills in the same Acetaminophen bottle by Top Care? ## Hello, Brooksie! How are you? They may use pills from a few different manufacturers. Many of these of-brand companies don't manufacture them, they are actually just distributors. Are there any markings on them? If there are and you post back with them, that might enable us to double check and make sure they contain Acetaminophen. ## Yes, there are markings and I looked them up. Both are acetaminophen 500 mg, but why are they in the same bottle? The company is Top Care.

hi, my sister has neck pain and abdominal pain from interstitial cystitis and lesions due to endometriosis surgery. She has been on Xodol for many years. Is there a lawsuit pertaining to the fact no drugstore is stocking 10/650 oxycodine Len ## No, there isn't and none could be filed. There is nothing that obligates any drug store to carry any given medication in any certain dosage. Additionally, doses with more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen in them are getting very hard to come by and will not be available, at all, anywhere in a few months. The FDA has requested that all manufacturers lower the amount of Acetaminophen in these combination prescription products to no more than 325mgs per dose, due to the risk of liver damage and failure that may occur with the long-term use of high amounts, as well as the toxicity of accidental overdose. Many companies have already begun to implement the change and the rest are schedule to have it com...
